Introducing Chef Honza
Food is at the genesis of who we are: it is an intrinsic part of our nature as a modern human. This inspires me every day to be who I am, and to create an amazing dining experience. Food is the sustenance, the memories, and the projections of who we are. Incorporating the joyful emotions that I felt from the food my mother, and my grandmother cooked for me when I was young. For me, food is an important part of my family history. I am a passionate advocate for the production and use of natural products, by respecting the earth and the abundance of foods that it offers us, and honouring the recipes from our past, and preserving them for the future, and developing contemporary dishes inspired by nature.
I embody these beliefs in natural and fresh food sources for my recipes. My ambition is to give an experience of ﬁne dining cuisine using down to earth ﬂavours honouring the food from our pasts, inspiring our contemporary cuisine’s recipes , Honza style from my restaurant.
Food is my passion, and I wish to share that passion with everyone who wishes to join me at my table.
